JAMES CITY, N.C. (AP) _ A Craven County man has been arrested in the stabbing death of his brother last week.
Sheriff's deputies say 50-year-old Delgen Foye is charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon for the stabbing of his brother during an argument at their home in James City.
Capt. Joe Heckman says Britts Foye was stabbed early Friday morning.
Heckman says Foye is accused of attacking Britts and his mother, Cora Foye, with a butcher knife.
Heckman says Britts was stabbed in the chest and arm. His mother was cut on the wrist.
It was not clear if Foye has an attorney. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
