OXFORD, N.C. (AP) _ Federal officials are investigating the crash of small plane in Granville County that resulted in two people being taken to a hospital as precaution.
The sheriff's department says the plane came down late Thursday morning in a field near Oxford.
Authorities said the injuries weren't life-threatening. The pilot and passenger were taken to Granville Medical Center.
