I recently made plans to have dinner with a friend. She's planning a wedding, so of course there was lot to talk about! The thing is, most might think that when you are on a weight loss plan, you cannot eat out at a "normal" restaurant. This is so not true with Physician's Weight Loss Raleigh. I peeked at the menu to see what options I would have before I went. I was ecstatic to find at least 4 options right there on the menu! Second misconception might be that you can find options, but you might feel hungry or deprived. Nope! My meal was delicious and flavorful, I left feeling satisfied. One of my issues before starting the program with PWLC Raleigh was overstuffing myself at meals and feeling miserable afterwards and that's one of the things I've learned working with them -- portion control is a huge key to weight loss. However, it's not about depriving yourself, because I feel great and much better than I did before because I'm not overeating to the point of discomfort. Oh, and down 13 pounds too! Still going!
