Band Together's mission is to use live music as a platform for social change. Band Together began 17 years ago in response to the tragedies of September 11, 2001. More than a decade later, and thanks to the tireless efforts of thousands of volunteers, generous corporate and individual sponsors, dedicated board members and the generosity of the community, Band together has risen to be a powerful partner to nonprofits in the Triangle Area.
Band Together has raised nearly $7.8 million to benefit the Triangle community since it's inception and has helped change lives and have fun along the way. They are the "Mullet: Business (and social good) in the front, and party in the back"
Band Together 2018 will take place at Red Hat Amphitheater on June 23rd with the headline Walk The Moon known best for Shut Up And Dance!
