Make-A-Wish®Eastern North Carolina has one purpose- to grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions between the ages from of 2 1/2 and 18. Our chapter covers the 49 counties in eastern North Carolina from the Alamance/Orange county line to the coast. Since our founding in 1986, we have granted more than 3,300 wishes and counting.
A wish experience can be a game-changer for a child with a life-threatening medical condition.
Wishes are more than just a nice thing. And they are far more than gifts, or singular events in time. Wishes impact everyone involved - wish kids, volunteers, donors, sponsors, medical professionals and communities. The impact varies. For wish kids, just the act of making their wish come true can give them the courage to comply with their medical treatments
Whatever the odds, whatever the obstacles ... wishes find a way to make the world better.
Crabtree Valley Mall has been honored to partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and work together to make the wishes of children come true in a way that exceeds their expectations. Over the years we’ve helped make a lot of wishes come true and we will continue to do so whenever we can.
It is very important to us to support local charities that do great work in our community which has led us to organizing this fun fund raising event for Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina. Participating is simple and rewarding, all you have to do is dine at our participating restaurants here at Crabtree Valley Mall and order the designated menu item and the proceeds from your delicious dish will be donated to the foundation. We have six restaurants participating and offering a variety of wonderful dishes that will allow you to help make wishes come true while you enjoy a meal with your friends or family.
