GM is launching a new feature in their cars where you can SHOP for things like Dunkin' Donuts and Shell gas on the touchscreen on your dashboard while you're DRIVING. They CLAIM it's not going to be too distracting because it's easy to use and only takes a few touches. A spokesman says, quote, "For most retailers and brands, the daily commute is the only time not accessible in a consumers' day. [The new] marketplace gives merchants the ability to safely engage with drivers and passengers."
