Cheese tea or Hey Tea as some call it has been popular over in Asia and it’s making it’s way to the states via your Instagram! The drink is basically just a normal cup of tea with a cheese mousse on top. The cheesey mousse just tastes like an inch layer of whipped cream.
The drink can be found at Happy Lemon locations throughout the US. Too bad you have to go to New York to get one.
