Holding In A Sneeze Could Result In Serious Injury

Doctors advise you to NEVER hold in a sneeze, as they just published a story about a guy in England who held in a sneeze and it wound up RUPTURING the back of his throat.  He needed a week of treatment in the hospital, which included a feeding tube.  Doctors say that sneezes come out at about 150 miles-per-hour so keeping that pressure in can potentially cause problems.
