You May Be Healthier If You're Single

If you’re single you may be healthier than someone in a relationship.  According to research, single people exercise more.  Sure, there are gym couples out there, but many married people have ditched the exercise routine.  And not sleeping in the same bed with someone can really help your sleep cycles, so single people are sleeping better, too.  Do you find that any of this is valid in your life?
