A Quick And Easy Way To Stay Healthy

If you’re trying to stay healthy and get your steps in there is another approach called the Active 10.

The idea is that instead of focusing on how many steps you’re walking, you should go on three brisk, 10-minute walks a day. What happens is that when you focus on just the number of steps you walk, you’re not paying attention to getting your heart rate up and working out your body briskly for a period of time.

If you can get yourself out of breath a few times a day, you’re really working on bettering your stamina and health.
