Quick Thinking Grandma Prevents Possible Shooting

There could have been another shooting just like this one in Washington state if it wouldn’t be for one grandmother who read her grandson’s journal.  18 year-old Joshua O’Connor had already gotten two guns and was researching explosive devices.  There were lines in his journal saying things like, “make [it] count" and kill as many people as possible.”  So, she turned him in to police and they arrested him on Tuesday, one day before the Parkland shooting.  They think he also robbed a convenience store this week to help fund the mass shooting.  So he's facing charges for first-degree robbery AND attempted first-degree murder.
