Garner Police have charged 17-year-old James Tyrone Davis Jr. of Garner with possession of a weapon on school campus and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
The charges came after police said Davis was found to have a Ruger handgun at Garner Magnet High, South Garner Campus on Wednesday.
