There’s a new service called UNC Urgent Care 24/7, which allows patients to connect with doctors via a phone, tablet or computer.The service costs about $49, depending on insurance. Symptoms the doctors can treat include:

- Ear problems
- Fever
- Headache
- Insect bites
- Nausea and vomiting
- Pink eye
- Rash
- Respiratory problems
