As a parent, of course your number one priority is to protect your children from harms way. Well recently, new social apps, other then the few well known such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat, have been created. Besides these social media platforms mentioned, there are now newly developed secret messaging apps such as Kik, Whisper and Tellonym. These apps allow kids to send photos and chat "anonymously", so they think, with strangers. As we think, most social apps are pretty identifiable and obvious, but now some are able to be downloaded to look like a default app. For example, an app that appears to be a calculator but really just needs a code entered to access the actual messaging app. As kids prepare to go back to school, these are definitely some things to look into.
