At least one person was injured during a shooting at a hospital in North Carolina this evening. It happened at the Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, about 50 miles southeast of Raleigh.
Police say the gunman fled the scene after the shooting and a manhunt is underway. Law enforcement say they know the identify of the suspect and are in the process of trying to apprehend him.
The person who was shot at the hospital apparently does not have life threatening injuries, and the lockdown of the building has been lifted.
