Will Four-Day Work Weeks Become A Thing?

A massive four-day work week test is underway in the U.K.! Over the next six months, thousands of employees across the U.K. will only work thirty-two hours per week. This pilot program will test whether or not employees can maintain the same level of productivity as they would achieve in a five-day work week. Employees will make the same amount of money throughout this test.
