Owner Saul Castillo opened Bussin Pizza on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh just about about three weeks ago, but he's already creating a buzz in the Triangle. Every one of his employees makes at least $20 an hour.
Castillo says he has three full-time employees and some part-time staff on the weekends.
