Halsey recently made an appearance on The Ellen Show where she talked about her Halloween plans - including her annual party to raise money for LA's homeless youth and her official couples costume with American Horror Story star, Evan Peters. In true Ellen style, Halsey got the stuff scared out of her while focusing on filling Ellen in on her recent relationship.
