I bet all of Justin Beiber's haters claiming he's "on meth" feel bad now! Poor guy. Apparently he's been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and chronic mono - both brutal illnesses that take a toll on your physical and mental health. Here's how Justin addressed how he's battling both illnesses on his Instagram page:
