Christmas Music Too Early Linked To Mental Health

A clinical psychologist by the name of Linda Blair says that listening to Christmas music too early in the season is bad for your mental health.

It reminds us of all the strenuous tasks that we have to do to get ready for the holidays.

Basically, when you hear "Jingle Bells", it reminds us that you have to get ready to book flights, buy gifts, clean, organize, send cards, and prepare for family drama, along with the hundreds of other things that come with the holiday season.

Blair also says that it's EXCEPTIONALLY bad for store workers who have to listen to Christmas music all day long for two months straight because all of the catchy melodies make it difficult for them to focus on anything else.
