CQUniversity Adelaide has found that people slept better when they’ve had the big O before bed. It’s probably because the big O releases a bunch of chemicals in our brains that help us sleep afterwards. Not to mention the relaxing affect it has on your body. Having that alone time with yourself can work too if you’re single!
