So... it's been an interesting time for extreme weather. Crazy cold on the east coast, wildfires on the west coast, tropical storms all over the place. And now... snow. IN THE DESERT.
Yeah, that may sound super odd - but it looks amazing.
This scenery is in Ain Sefra, which is an Algerian town in the Sahara Desert - and they got a few inches of snow. Granted, it didn't last long, as it all melted away in about thirty minutes. But while it lasted, it was a rare sight to see.
