Taylor Swift honored a very special Eras Tour anniversary with a never-before-seen video from the beginning of the legendary tour, and fans think she is teasing Reputation as her next re-recorded album.
Introduced by Swiftie superfan Nikki Glaser who called the every single show a "marathon of perfection," the "Fortnight" singer was presented with the Tour of the Century honor at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday (March 17) in recognition of her highly successful Eras Tour.
Though she wasn't at the show in person, Swift shared a pre-recorded message thanking fans while accepting the trophy on behalf of everyone who worked on the tour, both on stage and behind the scenes.
"People often say that sometimes the greatest challenges in life end up being something you're so proud of or end up being the most gratifying in the end if you can rise to the occasion, and this tour was absolutely the most challenging thing I've done in my entire life," she said, explaining that the three-plus hour concert also had the most shows she's ever done on a tour.
She continued, "It really was the most gratifying thing i've ever done, I think about that tour constantly. I'm so proud of it. The only reason I was able to take on those challenges... that's all because the fans. To the fans, you made these songs for the last couple decades into what they became so that we could do a 3-and-a-half hour setlist. You had the passion and generosity to care about traveling to see us on tour... It blows my mind, I'm never gonna stop being grateful for it."
After explaining how grateful she was for her fans' support throughout the tour, Swift shared a brand new video from the opening night of the tour, which kicked off two years ago to the day. In the clip, she addressed the crowd in the now-famous surprise song segment about craving connection before performing her song "Mirrorball" from her 2020 album Folklore.
Swift's message to fans also sparked new speculation that she is gearing up for Reputation (Taylor's Version), what would be her first recorded album since 2023 when she dropped 1989 (TV), due to her wearing a snake necklace. Snakes played a heavy theme in the original record's release in 2017.
"Oh rep tv is coming," one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), while another poked fun at the ongoing rumors, "The first actual possible rep tv easter egg and shocker it doesn't involve calculus" and another quipped, "happy first official rep tv easter egg day guys!"
The Tour of the Century honor wasn't the only trophy Swift was looking to take home at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. She was up for several awards throughout the night, including Pop Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration ("Fortnight" feat. Post Malone), Favorite Surprise Guest (bringing out her boyfriend Travis Kelce during the Eras Tour), Best Lyrics ("Fortnight") and more.
