CNN's Jake Tapper is taking a deep dive into the war in Afghanistan in tonight's Special Report: America's Longest War: What Went Wrong in Afghanistan, but before we get into it, Ryan Seacrest had to know: What's he always scribbling at the end of every broadcast?
"I just kind of scribble my name. It's kind of an homage to how Dennis Miller would sign off on 'Weekend Update' back in the day," Tapper shared. "Because I don’t know what else to do. There's a random two seconds where I thank the audience and the director is just providing more of me and I don’t want more of me, but I have to do being something. … I don’t know what else to do!"
