“Tech neck” is caused from your neck being tilted for long periods of time while you’re staring down at your phone or mobile device. If your neck is starting to feel sore, you’ve got a case of tech neck.
Ryan Seacrest shared the hack that can help alleviate the pain of tech neck. Do this exercise:
SIT UP STRAIGHT…AND IMAGINE A NUMBER 8 IN FRONT OF YOU. SLOWLY TRACE IT IN THE AIR WITH YOUR NOSE 8 TIMES. THEN FLIP THE 8 ON ITS SIDE AND DO IT AGAIN.
