Canadian hockey player Jocelyne Larocque is going viral after she was caught on camera removing her silver medal moments after it was placed around her neck at the Winter Olympics on Wednesday night. "We were going for gold," Larocque later said when asked why she took the medal off following her team's 3-2 shootout loss in the women's hockey final to the U.S. American fans taunted her with chants of "Put your medal on!" The Globe and Mail notes that before she made it to the locker room, she was "told by a man in a suit about the 'legal' reasons why she can't refuse to wear it." However, it's unclear if she ever actually put it back on.
