A Wisconsin marathon runner has broken a Guinness World Record for completing his run while carrying a 100-pound weight. William Kocken finished his run at the Cellcom Green Bay marathon in six hours and 27-minutes, breaking the record by 20-minutes. As far as motivation goes, Kocken says, "I kept telling myself 17 months ago you said you were going to do this. Don't make yourself have to go to another marathon to get this record." And it looks like he won’t be making another marathon run for a while after Sunday’s, but he says he may take a crack at another Guinness World Record. Kocken notes that he also did the marathon not just for the title, but to raise money for Helping Out Our American Heroes, which benefits military veterans.
