During Friday's Ryder Cup round in France, a woman got hit in the face by an errant tee shot from American golfer Brooks Koepka. Now she tells Agence France-Press that not only did the shot blind her in one eye, but it made her eyeball explode. Corine Remande says she's now considering taking legal action against Ryder Cup organizers, as she claims that nobody shouted any warning that a shot was headed her way. But video of the shot reveals that tons of people were yelling "fore," the common signal that a shot has gone rogue.
Sounded like the lady got hit above the eye and got a nasty injury. But nothing the players could do, there was lots of loud shouts of FORE. Maybe crowds should be moved back if players driving green. Hope she's ok. #RyderCup pic.twitter.com/1y69AZGMaI— Doc Donal GolfCentralDaily (@golfcentraldoc) September 28, 2018
