Coronavirus on Shoes? Some Experts Say Yes

Thinking you're keeping safe from coronavirus by wiping down countertops, keyboards, and doorknobs?

Don't forget to check your shoes. Experts are calling shoes a "breeding ground" for coronavirus, saying it can survive on rubber, leather, or plastic surfaces for up to five days - mostly on the sole.

They recommend removing your shoes before entering the house - or even wearing shoes that are machine-washable. Though other experts are quick to point out that though coronavirus can SURVIVE on surfaces, it is mostly TRANSMITTED through airborne droplets.

Had you even though about washing your shoes?
