You may notice the menu is "sweets-only." This is due to the Governor’s current Executive Orders, no fairs or festivals can be inspected by county environmental health inspectors. Confections (sweets) concessions are inspected by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Food and Drug Inspectors, a separate entity. That means they are legally allowed to sell sweets, but not savory items.
