She’s owned up to not staying “on top of everything”... but former employees are still speaking out, and saying there’s no way Ellen hasn’t caught wind of the issues, she just doesn't “want to hear it.”
“For someone who’s so involved in the show and the creative aspect, and having been in those meetings with her, it’s very hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that she doesn’t hear the same whispers,” one former staffer, who worked closely with Ellen, tells “Buzzfeed.” "Unless she really is just in this bubble.”
