Justin Timberlake finally confirmed that he and Jessica Biel welcomed a second son this summer, and in a new interview on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast he opens up about how the challenges of raising a child while being in the public eye.
“I try to be conscious of making sure we can live a life where we’re not weirdly private but we’re conscious of making sure they could be kids for as long as possible,” Justin shares, adding that they don’t want their kids to be treated “differently because of something that their parents do.”
Dax admits that he also has a “great fear that kids are going to hang out” with his daughters because he and wife Kristen Bell are famous (especially since Bell is the voice of Anna in “Frozen”), and he’s concerned they’ll “resent them because of that,” and that’s something Justin can understand.
Justin says his son Silas is at the age where his friends know his dad voices the lead character in "Trolls" He offers, “For guys like us, you know, the hope is that we just keep instilling in them that we got really fun jobs, but it's not who we are.”
