7 Signs You Are Experiencing Unknown Stress

Have you ever heard the phrase "stress kills"? Well this is a true statement, and I personally have been to a few funerals that were solely related to stress. The crazy thing is that sometimes we show symptoms and have no idea or realize that they are all signs of stress. Here are a few to name:

  1. Inability to concentrate or make simple decisions
  2. Difficulty remembering things
  3. Negative thinking
  4. Feeling aches and pains
  5. Muscle tension
  6. Constipation
  7. Nausea
